Warm Up:

Gymnastic skill work for 20 minutes- Muscle ups, HS walks, HSPU, Rope climbs, etc.....

SWOD:

Thruster- Heavy Single


Muscle Endurance:
Every Minute on the minute for 10 miniutes perform:

3 Thrusters @ 65% of your heavy single
3 Burpee Pullups


WOD:

Complete for time:

20 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
20 Burpees
20 Power Cleans 135/95
20 Box Jumps 30"/24"
20 Front Squats 135/95
20 CTB Pull ups
20 Squat Cleans 135/95
