Strict(no kipping) HSPU- 5x7 unbroken reps

Pistols- 3 sets of 10 alternating

Turkish get ups- 5x3 at a moderate weight

SWOD:
50 weight vest burpee pull ups for time.

Muscle Endurance:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:
10 alternating dumbbell snatch 50/30
